5+ Days Notice: You may reduce your group size or cancel for a full refund if you notify us at least 5 days prior to your booking.
Within 5 Days: Bookings are non-refundable. However, we offer flexibility for last-minute dropouts: any "no-show" guests will have their headcount value converted into store credits. These credits can be used on the day for add-ons (like extra crates, drinks, or merchandise) so your budget isn't wasted.

Yes! For groups of 18 pax or more, you automatically get exclusive access to the entire venue for your team.
Smaller Groups: Typically share the common lounge areas but will always have their own private smash rooms.
Want Privacy? We are very flexible. If you are a smaller group but want the whole venue to yourselves, we can certainly accommodate that (e.g., by adjusting the total session duration slightly). Just let us know your preference!

Yes! We allow BYO food and drinks with no corkage fee. We have a designated area for catering and eating.
Recommendation: We strongly suggest finger foods for the best experience.
We highly recommend ordering from House of Samosas or Cranki (great for orders above $100). We can assist with these orders to ensure seamless delivery.
In-Store: We also sell basic refreshments like soft drinks and beers (can be smashed) if you need a quick fix.

Safety is our priority. We provide full safety gear, including cut-proof coveralls, gloves, and face shields.
Footwear: Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.
Forgot Shoes? Socks and safety boots are available for rent or purchase (and are included for free with our Recommended and VIP packages).

Yes, we wash our coveralls and gloves every single use. Our helmets are sanitized and disposable hair nets given.

Yes, extra guests can be added on the day (subject to capacity constraints) and can simply be paid for upon arrival.

Hell yes! We charge a flat fee of $15 for whatever you can carry with your two hands.
Safety Rules: Please check with us first. We strictly prohibit explosives (e.g., batteries/electronics with batteries) and organic items (e.g., watermelons/food waste). Great for smashing old office printers!
