RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

(Please read carefully. By signing this, you give up certain legal rights.)

1. PARTIESThis agreement is between the Participant ("I") and any minor(s) listed in this registration for whom I am the legal guardian, and TFR Pte. Ltd. ("The Company"), including its directors, employees, and agents.

2. DEFINITION OF ACTIVITIES "Sports" includes the use of the Rage Room facility, breaking of items, use of safety gear, and any related activities organized by The Company.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS I am aware that the Sports involve inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, including but not limited to:

  • Flying debris, glass shards, and broken electronics.

  • Slips, trips, and falls.

  • Cuts, bruises, shock, and stress.

  • Equipment malfunction.

I freely accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers, and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage, or loss resulting specifically from my participation.

4. MEDICAL DECLARATION I confirm that I do not suffer from any medical condition that would prevent safe participation, including but not limited to: pregnancy, heart conditions, epilepsy, or influence of alcohol/drugs.

5. WAIVER OF CLAIMS In consideration of being allowed to participate, I agree:

  • TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against The Company.

  • TO RELEASE THE COMPANY from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense, or injury, including death, that I may suffer due to my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore Law.

  • TO INDEMNIFY THE COMPANY from any liability for property damage or personal injury to any third party resulting from my participation.

6. GOVERNING LAW This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. I submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.

7. PHOTO/VIDEO & SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE I consent to photographs and videos being taken of me by The Company for marketing and publicity purposes. Furthermore, I grant The Company the right to repost, share, and use any photos or videos I post online related to my session (including but not limited to platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook) for marketing purposes. (Note: If you do not wish to be photographed or have your content shared, please inform staff prior to your session).
